Educational Leader Partnership · monthly

Training fades. Unless someone in the building keeps it alive.

The session was great. Six weeks later the room has drifted back. The Partnership puts Louis alongside your educational leader, month by month — observing practice, shaping feedback, and giving you the words to coach without deflating anyone.

For educational leaders

You're expected to embed practice. Nobody showed you how.

The role is observing, giving feedback and holding the line on shared practice — often while running a room yourself. Louis gives you a rhythm and a framework, and someone to think it through with each month.

For directors

You want the PD you paid for to still be visible in March.

The Partnership is the follow-through. It turns a Reset or the Program from an event into how the centre works — and gives you a monthly read on where the team is.

Each month

What a month with Louis looks like

1

Observe

One observation a term — Louis in your rooms (Melbourne), or reviewing a short recording or your own notes (anywhere). Looking for the moments the PD covered.

2

Coach

A 60-minute call each month. What you're seeing, who's stepped up, who's drifting, and exactly what to say to each of them.

3

Equip

Feedback and observation frameworks you keep. The language for raising a wobble without it becoming a performance conversation.

4

Sequence

Help planning PD across the year — which module next, for whom, and how to frame it to the team.

Not another PowerPoint.

Are you and your team tired of the slide deck and the online click-fest? Louis's sessions are practical, on your feet and genuinely fun. You'll role-play the moments that actually happen in your rooms — the parent at pick-up, the child who hits, the drizzle at the door — and leave with language you'll use tomorrow.

Educators remember what they've said out loud, not what they've watched.
