What we cover · Guiding behaviour

The whole room, responding the same way.

Jackson takes the toy for the third time. A child hits, and everyone's watching. Your educators each handle it differently — some freeze, some escalate, some hand it to the room leader. This session gives the whole team one calm, shared way through.

What you're seeing

Six educators, six different responses

After the session

What your educators do differently

01

Name the need, not the behaviour

"You really wanted that truck" lands better than "we don't snatch" — and the intensity drops once a child feels understood.

02

Get low and slow before speaking

Children borrow our nervous system. A quiet voice at their height does more than a raised one ever will — and every educator in the room does it the same way.

03

Keep one sentence ready

"I can see you want a turn, but it's Mia's turn now. What can we do while we wait?" Having the words ready means not finding them under pressure.

What the session looks like

The role-plays

Pairs take turns as the child and the educator — the third snatched toy, then the hit with the room watching. Everyone says the sentence, at the right height, three times. Then the whole team agrees the one response the room will use this week.

The sentence they leave with: "I can see you really wanted that. I'm going to keep everyone safe. Let's find what we can do while we wait."

Not another PowerPoint.

Are you and your team tired of the slide deck and the online click-fest? Louis's sessions are practical, on your feet and genuinely fun. You'll role-play the moments that actually happen in your rooms — the parent at pick-up, the child who hits, the drizzle at the door — and leave with language you'll use tomorrow.

Educators remember what they've said out loud, not what they've watched.

Tell Louis what's happening

A sentence or two about your rooms. He'll reply within a business day with how he'd run it and what it would cost.

Get Louis's read on your team

Tell Louis what you're seeing. He'll come back within one business day with what he'd do, what it would cost, and whether Praxibel is the right fit — a real reply, not an autoresponder.

Louis has your note. Expect to hear from him within one business day.

Louis reads every note himself. Your details are used only to reply to you.

One calm response. The whole room.
