What we cover · New & overseas-trained educators

They know the theory. Help them walk in with the words.

A graduate arrives knowing the frameworks cold. An educator trained overseas arrives with years of experience. Three weeks in, both go quiet — at pick-up, in the team meeting, when a term comes up they don't know. You notice around week six. This is the module that gets there first.

What your educators do differently

01

Ask straight away

Asking for help isn't failing. The educators everyone trusts are usually the ones who ask the most questions.

02

Have one sentence for speaking up

"Can I ask about something?" Permission first lowers everyone's guard — and it works whether you're a graduate or twenty years in.

03

Bring your background

You're not trying to become somebody else. Different influences and points of view make a room stronger — different does not mean deficient.

What the session looks like

The role-plays

Run with the whole team, so the culture shifts, not just the newcomer: role-plays of the term nobody knows, the meeting where you disagree, the first hard pick-up. Then the First 90 Days pathway, if you want it — four small-group sessions for the new starters themselves, in weeks two to ten.

The sentence they leave with: "Can I ask about something?"

Not another PowerPoint.

Are you and your team tired of the slide deck and the online click-fest? Louis's sessions are practical, on your feet and genuinely fun. You'll role-play the moments that actually happen in your rooms — the parent at pick-up, the child who hits, the drizzle at the door — and leave with language you'll use tomorrow.

Educators remember what they've said out loud, not what they've watched.

Tell Louis what's happening

A sentence or two about your rooms. He'll reply within a business day with how he'd run it and what it would cost.

Get Louis's read on your team

Tell Louis what you're seeing. He'll come back within one business day with what he'd do, what it would cost, and whether Praxibel is the right fit — a real reply, not an autoresponder.

Louis has your note. Expect to hear from him within one business day.

Louis reads every note himself. Your details are used only to reply to you.

Catch the wobble at week three, not week six.

Tell Louis what you're seeing and he'll build the session around it.
